Dulce Lara is a bilingual (English and Spanish) communications professional with experience supporting mission-driven organizations through earned media outreach, digital engagement, and influencer activations at agencies and companies such as SHEIN, MikeWorldWide Public Relations, and Grayling PR in London. Her work centers on surfacing compelling stories, tracking real-time conversations, and translating insights into coordinated communications across platforms.

Dulce brings hands-on experience managing digital-first campaigns, including media monitoring and analysis, press outreach, social content development, and influencer relations. She has contributed to coverage across national and regional outlets such as Axios, WTOP, and NPR and has supported campaigns rooted in the intersection of media relations and partnerships with trust-led digital creators, prioritizing credibility, audience segmentation, and alignment with brand goals.

She believes that tactics without strategy only create noise. This philosophy guides her approach to helping organizations build credibility, define identity, and communicate with clarity in order to land on real tactics that support purposeful strategy.

Dulce earned a B.A. in public relations and strategic communications from American University.
