Zack Nolan
Account Manager

Zack brings a decade of frontline campaign experience to every public affairs challenge, and the kind of real-world instincts that only come from managing high-stakes crises, messaging under fire, and knowing that in politics, timing and framing aren’t just tactics, they’re its lifeline.
A seasoned strategist, Zack has shaped messaging and media campaigns on some of the most consequential health, political, and policy issues facing the country. Previously advising health care organizations like the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), he brings a combination of federal and state policy expertise, bipartisan credibility, and real-world experience working with leaders and stakeholders across the political spectrum.
Zack has worked with the Democratic Governors Association (DGA) and other national committees. He has advised lawmakers on both sides of the aisle, state agency officials, and coalition partners on communications strategies that resonate with ideologically diverse audiences. He has led and supported public affairs and legislative campaigns across 28 blue, purple, and deep-red states, developing messaging that travels across regional, cultural, and political lines, an essential capability for organizations operating nationally in today’s polarized environment.
His background includes oversight of complex earned and paid media workstreams, including campaigns with budgets exceeding $75 million, securing placements in national outlets such as The New York Times and CBS News, while also cultivating the local and regional media relationships that shape opinion on the ground.
He received his B.A. in political science and journalism from the University of Missouri.
